It's a bit hard in the beginning... keep double tapping until it opens

In the game list, choose 'Edit Game...'
Go to Volume, and edit the volume settings.

So you put your DOTT copy in let say /var/root/scummvm/dott?
Then you have to open scummvm and choose 'add game'
Now go to the dir you put the game into.
point to the dott game dir and choose add game
