This isn't really an answerable question. What about them do you want to know? They're designed by two different companies for two completely different purposes. I'm just wondering why the games that are from the "Mohawk" engine are brought to the "Scumm" virtual machine, I mean...

Mohawk & Scumm engines: Similarities or Differences?

Are there any similarities or differences between the Scumm engine (which carries LucaArts & Humongous Entertaiment games) and the Mohawk engine (which carries Broderbund games like Living Books)?
