ScummVM will not be affected in any way. I won't elaborate on this, because this bill is such a contradictory piece of crap that it's pretty much impossible to make sense out of it. But even if such a stupid bill managed to somehow get passed, it shouldn't apply to ScummVM. And even if it did, we're...

We don't offer the original, because we do not support the original. More or less, we don't want to hear about it here unless it's being ran with ScummVM :)

Also, the conspiracy theorist in me has always wondered if there might be a ScummVM 1.0 bundle deal with LucasArts. Now please excuse me while I adjust my tin foil hat. We wish :) That aside, Olki is right. Basically, some countries have pretty strict rules about the sale of used item...

Somehow, I suspect that editing etc would be more likely to take place in something like Audacity than Protools. I can see the next post now "Needed: Digi002 for Protools!" :)

I guess that the multithreaded (libcmt) and debug (libcd) versions of libc are being linked? If your building release profile, try switching to debug (or the other way around), barring just adding the NODEFAULTLIB:libcd to link options. This is all just a guess, I haven't used MSVC in... well, since...

Oh, and as far as theme switching goes... Although other themes on the server are viewable, the forum has been set to override a users theme. This is mostly due to the number of changes and custom modifications to the forum software... retrofitting the other themes is one of the last things on my to...

There does appear to be a missing variable in one of the thread index templates.

This will be fixed when I upload the updated templates w/ the new site colours.

GP2X should, theoretically, 'just work' if the normal SDL backend is cross-compiled. Since it runs Linux and all. I don't know anyone who has one, but there should be very little work involved in at least a preliminary port as soon as someone does. I'd love one myself, but I had to go the cheapest o...

Bugs should still be reported using the SourceForge.net bug trackers. We're still using SourceForge for everything but the new forums.

Thats not a problem.

You could also request a Wiki account, which is probably the better method of storing this kind of info. Although, ScummVM does not support Fan Translations, officially anyway. :)

Re: DiscWorld Noir

Apart from the 3D reasons mentioned above, the legal rights for Noir are (or at least were) not quite as simple as Discworld, thus it's not something we have looked into. In http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/Discworld you mention Discworld 1 and 2 source code may be delivered to you, any possibility...

Re: I hate phpBB

Usenet is also available at no charge; there are numerous free web-based Usenet readers. Yahoo groups are also free. So are Google groups. There are a lot of better options in the world than phpBB and vBulletin. Of course, it's too late now. I'm sorry that you dislike unthreaded forums. Personally,...

Jims a very friendly guy, we've had a few chats about the FM-TOWNS games :) The games were adapted to the FM-Towns Marty by James Leiterman. The two "unique" games (Loom and Zak) were adapted by a two man team - consisting of James and another team member. The other games were adapted to t...

To be honest (and I will reply to your e-mail soon :), if you are mainly donating $20/month for the purpose of better FM-TOWNS support... Your better off actually saving up and just buying the games for us :)

It's still quite hard to find most of these titles.
